Job Responsibilities

As an environmental worker with extended supervisory responsibilities in our resource team, you will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring operations, such as keeping track of our various processes and stepping in where needed. This can involve everything from operating wheel loaders and dumpers to calling in external help for machine challenges, as well as being a supportive leader to our environmental workers in the evenings. You should have at least two years of experience in wheel loader operation and one year in a leadership role. You will work from 13:30 to 00:00, Monday to Thursday, where independent work and teamwork are central. Most of the work time is spent outdoors.

Qualifications

• Certification for wheel loader operation and a B driver's license.
• At least two years of practical experience in wheel loader operation.
• Recognized experience as a supervisor.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Computer literacy and understanding of technical systems.
